Yeah, but there was apparently a promotion in Japan on the 1st that allowed it to be obtained legitimately, so Jake says it's all cool now.

NB: Maybe it has been already mentioned, but the fueki set is available since Feb 1st in the JP version. Every player can summon the Fueki van and order items every day until May 1st. So the fueki items may become quite common quickly.
