This is what I thought/said. It's clearer if you can dress and name the character as the names ~ you could still have marshal as the snow monster thing though xD and move him next to Elsa's house too.

Why don't you just make four characters and call them Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Hans.

Olaf can be Olaf
Marshal can be marshmallow
Erik can be Sven
Ohate as the old guy?

You should either do names for everyone so it's obvious who they are; Annalise as Anna, Hans as Hans, Olaf as Olaf OR do something like Chrissy as Anna, Francine as Elsa, Marshal or Olaf as Olaf, Fang as Hans, Hans as the giant marshmallow monster.
