who are you to be saying who can or can't make threads? the op even has a villager they're planning to give away once they're in boxes, so why don't you read through the thread and learn your facts before telling anyone what they can do? the whole purpose of this thread is so that there doesn't have to be so many giveaway threads in the trading plaza in the first place.

Plus i hate this idea due to having to check this thread to see my dreamie, instead of just seeing it in the overall trading plaza.

In another forum I was on, you could only make a thread if it was something to you, no information threads or no threads like this.
That worked better.
