I have one more question when someone lurks and the villager their lurking for goes into boxes do they have first dibs at getting that villager or are they contacted so they know that villager is in boxes?

once a desired villager goes into boxes, i will notify everyone who has been lurking that villager.. after that, it's first come-first served so it depends on how fast you contact the person c:

Might it be an idea to make the lurker list so that the villagers are in front in alphabetical order, with all their lurkers behind?
This might make it easier for the people who give away villagers to find adopters for their villager =)
