I find it kind of annoying how people often have to buy DLC they want for a lot of bells when they can be ordered from a catalog very easily.

I find it more annoying than you. Instead of getting items for people, it's easier to just let them catalog stuff.

I need the Girls updo. I'm happy to just catalog it. Thanks.

I could let people catalog items, or give them items. I don't really mind.

I am not giving out Blue/Red Ogre Masks, they aren't DLC. They are regional exclusives. They can't be ordered from the catalog, so they are worth quite a lot.
