I've searched on Google but all of the sites it takes me to look like scams.
You're not going to find a free way on the internet that's good to teach you a language, get a real teacher >_>

I have (smirk)

You're not going to learn it online for free. You need a proper curriculum and guidance, those services aren't offered for free.

I suggest you give up on it, you're like 12 years old. If you still want to learn the language when you're out of school, go ahead. For now focus on being a typical 12 year old and play with your dolls.

I still would like to learn it. Seriously though, what does my age have to do with anything? Is it illegal to learn a new language if your under a certain age or something?

I'm not talking about that point. I'm on about the cost of the service.
But hey, maybe you're too young to understand that. :J

Jas0n, do not make fun of 12 year old people. We can still order from the Kid's menu at restaurants with out being questioned. xD But like always, there are exceptions.

Age has a huge factor in it.

At the moment you're young, meaning you still have a TON to learn about the English language and just about everything else in life, leaving very little space to learn about another language. Also when you're young you make decisions on a whim, I'm betting that you want to learn Chinese due to a whim also, either through visiting there for a holiday or seeing some Chinese writing on TV, etc.

Being young also means that you won't soak up the information, nor dedicate yourself very well to it, therefore it'll be a waste of time.

Save learning other languages until you're out of school, or see if you can learn the language in your school.
