I'm eager to get the Fortune Teller shop as a public works project but Katrina isn't in my town today. Anyone willing to let me visit their towns who have Katrina? I need to visit her at least 15 more times till she suggests it.

To be honest, i ponder why i have a Fortune Teller Shop although i can use my lovely phone and get a free fortune with no charge at my "Mansion that will never exceed 65,000 due to my taste in furniture"'s basement.
