I have not, but my brother has and he just restarted his town so there's a chance he could appear. If there's any villagers that are popular in his that he doesn't want, I'll put them up for adoption

That is terrible! :0 I'm sorry that had happened to you I always try to check their wifi ratings to be sure they are trustworthy since there can be alot of untrustworthy people. If that were me, I would have left him a messege of how untrustworthy he is to warn others of him :/ I truly hope you get Rudy!
