Ah! Sorry I might of misread moridb but apparently it is orderable if it isn't orderable but you just so happen to have it I'd be willing to give you 30tbt (sorry about the hassle)
 
I know those feels. All these different sites say different things about the same items. Anyhoo, I'd like the School Cap (Orderable KOR DLC) for 5 tbt.
