- Everything is name your price unless otherwise noted. Failure to associate a price in TBT or offer of some sort of item will result in me just straight up ignoring you. Don't be shy about naming a low price, I'm not gonna bite.
- Haggling is completely fine with me, within reason.
- I reserve the right to refuse service. But, I'm a generally nice person, so I doubt there'll be problems that push me that far.
- What's up for sale is only what's up for sale. I don't have stuff hidden in my storage or anything, so if you don't see it on any of the lists, don't ask.
- Any dispute is to be resolved by PM. Do not fight in the thread with me or anyone else. In addition, flaming is strictly prohibited.
- Please everything ready before the trade (friend codes, payment, et cetera). Further, please be patient and cooperative with me, to ensure the trade runs smoothly.
- Reminders by VM/PM are welcome.
- By placing an order, you imply that you have read all of these rules and will be held responsible for breaking any rules. I will not compensate for your ignorance, and further action may be taken that I see necessary.

Additional Rules:- When in my town, do not run or pick up anything that is not yours. You may run on Main Street.
- If you suddenly have to leave or what-have-you, you have 24 hours to pick up your items. I will cancel the trade otherwise.
- Do not offer in IG. Orders with IG will be ignored.
