Flowers/plants in the river?

Hey, okay so I've been to plenty of dream worlds and some of them are glitched. Like having bushes and trees right on the borders of buildings/cliffs, ect.

The one thing I always found to be really beautiful was people having bamboo/flowers/bushes IN the river (or ocean) so I was wondering if anyone had information on the following:

1: Do you need some kind of external device to plant things in the water? (I've heard of a tweeter glitch to get into certain areas).
2: IS THIS SAFE? Will putting things in the river ever crash or corrupt your game?
3: Does this affect fishing?
4: Will bamboo spread in the river like it would on land?

Does anyone have experience with any of these?

I saw this glitch on how to "Fall" into the river with a King Tut mask. If you want to know how to do it, search it up on YouTube. I'm not sure if you can plant things, but I'll try now.
