Buying Flower Seed Bags From Leif - GOLD BADGE OBTAINED :D

I'm trying to get the Gold Gardening bag in my main town of Cutetown. I've planted a ton of trees & shrubs yet still no badge. The easiest way to earn it is by planting flowers from seed bags from Leif. I've been buying the 2 a day for a week but that's taking too long. I do not TT (I screwed up before and now I'm too chicken to try TTing again) so I'm hoping you can help.

I'm looking to buy flower seeds in bulk. I'll take 10, 20 or more at a time if you can get them. I'd prefer you drop off if possible as I don't have a lot of storage to come pick up. I'll pay 1 TBT for every 2 bags (so 10 bags will get you 5 TBT, 20 bags will get you 10 TBT and so on...). Considering the seeds only cost 160 IGB for 2 bags and 1 TBT is equal to 200,000 IGB I think that's a fair offer.
