Can you trample golden roses?
And can villagers trampled flowers? Like if you lead them to your house or something and you run and they run after you, will they trample flowers?
Those are my two flower related questions

1. Yes, gold roses can be destroyed by being trampled just like any other flower.
2. EDIT: I think villagers can trample flowers too when you lead them. Or at least I've never heard anything to the contrary. They don't move fast enough normally to trample anything.

im pretty sure it isn't possible to villagers to harm anything in your town, let alone trampling flowers

A villager can't trample your flowers unless (I assume) you intentionally lead them through them while running. But then you'd just be destroying your own flowers anyway. You can't trample them at normal walk speed, and that's how fast your animals usually move, so don't worry.
