Buying Flower Heads

I need some flower heads for crafting some items that I would like for my town.
Keep in mind that I do not want the whole flower, just the heads!
I can offer tbt, nmt, or igb.

I need:
red roses
pink roses
orange roses
white lilies
yellow lilies
purple windflowers

Ideally I would need 2 red roses, 4 pink roses, and 4 white lilies. I'm not too sure how much the heads go for but would 200k be enough for those?
