Buying FLAN TANKS yet again

Hey guys,

I've mailed Zucker literally ten flan tanks and he has not put any of them on.
So the undying quest continues; I would like to purchase any and all flan tanks you'll throw at me. I'm desperate to get this octopus to change back.

Sadly I do not have any flan tanks but I wanted to know does mailing them their shirts really work? I'm trying to get my villagers to put on their original shirts and it is quite the struggle ><;
If I see any flan tanks in Gracie's, you're welcome to come into my town and buy them from the shop

Thanks kathy! It does work to a point, but it seems really difficult (at least for me) to get them back into their original shirt. Like Zucker.

But getting Bob and Diana to change into shirts that really suited them was a piece of cake. Oh well.

You know whats even worse? When you finally get them to wear the right top...and then they change it again five seconds later XD
EDIT: I think you can get them to wear their default clothes if you report them to Isabelle, if that's any help.

Try filling you pockets with flan tanks and then using the diving trick. Maybe he'll ask you to buy one and change into it right away.

Ah good point. Didn't think about it.
The complaining to Isabelle doesn't work. It'll just put them in an ugly shirt.
I've heard if you send them the shirt twice in one day (so they revieve them both at the same time) they normally put one on, and display the other. You could try that.
