Commissioning Flag from an image

Hi, is someone able to make a flag basing on this image for me? I can pay in TBT (I don't have more than 100 though), some in-game bells or NMTs and if I have some wishlist item, which I doubt, I can give that as well. This is the image:

The only change is that any leaves surrounding the fox should be pastel blue, maybe a bit grayish, same with those red and yellow elements of the fox - I want them to be blue.
