Fishing tourney cheaters?

I've caught about 15 Carp, sized between 14.50 and 25.55. The record is 27.90, how's that even possible? How can I find one that's bigger?

The only thing I would ever consider cheating in the fishing tourney is that villagers can enter in fish even when they aren't even awake yet.

Elvis doesn't get up until 10am and it was 9:30am when I saw that he was in first place with his fish. >_<

OMG I WAS SO FRUSTRATED!!!

I caught a size 27.5 carp, and it was about half an hour before it ended.

After i went into the ceremony, it turns out im SECOND.

For some reason in the last half hour tom turned in a carp size 27.6.

Took me an hour to get a 29.9 one, which turned out to be the biggest

I lost and probably came like 6th. I caught a 19.something inch black bass, and the winner was Eloise with a freaking 26.4 inch black bass -.-

This tourney, it's not a matter of winning to me since I already got all of the fishing trophies. I'm only in it for the furniture, but my town screwed me over by giving me the same set that I got last tourney. -_-

I have two of the jellyfish lamps. I'm still looking for a crab clock and a football fish lamp and I'll be done.

I started out turning in small fish. With each increase I got regular junk furniture or flooring. Now I'm at 30.75 with a carp. What a waste of time.

The trick to the tourney is catching fish and ordering them smallest to biggest. However, if you want the fish furniture, you need to catch fish that are bigger than the average.

That is a good guide with the averages of the fish. Just catch fish bigger than those averages and then order them from smallest to biggest.

I'm supposed to catch black bass today. I've caught only one so far. I've been catching carp and barbel steeds and all manner of other fish, but no black bass!
