Fishing tournament!

Hey is anyone doing this? If so, what fish is the tournament for, and what's the largest one you caught?

Mine is horse mackerel @ 19.20 cm. Still trying to catch a bigger one though, since 40 cm is evidentially the largest you can have... Although I'm starting to think the wikia made a typo, and the number is supposed to be 20 cm..

Mine ended a bit ago, because I live in the UK.
We had to catch a Pond Smelt, and I won with a 6.75 inch one.

Mine ended an hour ago or so (same as bear) and I though I was 2nd, but I was somehow 4th or under! Ah well..

I'm pretty sure that most Horse Mackerels are around 20 inches.

For horse mackerel start at 15.75 which is record. Go up in small increments to get furniture.

I spent about an hour fishing up horse mackerels, confident that I would get a lot of rewards, but NOPE. I handed a 13.30 inch one in, and apparently the record was 17.75 inches. The only one I could hand in was my 19.00 inch one. Chops, I hate you >C

I know, right? You're the second person to tell me this, haha! I'd love some skunks in the next game, possibly.

By the way, next tournament I really need to start earlier... it was already 4:30pm when I went fishing, and I was planning to gradually deliver bigger and bigger fish and rake in rewards buuut... Anabelle and Pango have already scored some big fish and I only had one that was bigger than those. Oh well, at least got a dab table. Not like I'll have any use for it, probably. x_x
