Fishing Pole

I've recently restarted my town and yet to have found a fishing pole. Can I visit a town with one in the shop? Thanks!

I don't have one unfortunately, but you can buy one from Isabelle by doing the tasks she requests and then when she gives you the option to fish or catch bugs, choose fishing and she'll sell you one for 500 bells.
