First Shiny Pok

While roaming the fields of Route 1, working my way to Pallet Town to receive my Red orb so I could capture Groudon, I was stopped in the grass. I sighed, thinking, "Great... Another battle. Why didn't I just use a Max Repel!?"
Then, a tan colored rattata came onto screen, and glittered. I smiled and thought, "Yes! I'm so posting this on TBT!"

So, anyone else found a roaming shiny in HG/SS? Hacks don't count.

I found a Shiny Rattata, Lv 2, Male.
Knows Tail whip, and scratch.

I also found a non-shiny lv7 noctowl. How does that happen?!
It doesn't evolve that early!

Well, I'ma go to bed now.It's 3AM. lol
