Hello everyone,

I just wanted to start by saying how shocked I was that I received a perfect town today (especially since I've never come anywhere close to it before lol). Now the real question is what should I do to maintain it? Should I stop building Public Works Projects? I really want that golden watering can lol. I saw that I could build that flower clock now, which would be nice.

Also, does a new Jacob's latter flower spawn every single day you have a perfect town?

Thanks everyone for your help!

Jacobs latter flowers are rare and can spawn between every 3-5 days of perfect town status.

Alright, thank you! Do you have any tips on maintaining the perfect status? Should I not make or plant anything else until 15 days so I can get the golden watering can?

Make sure you water alllll your flowers...unless you have the Beautiful Town ordinance. Actually maybe just do the Beautful Town if you dont have it until you get your can. Thats what I did, I hate watering flowers if I am not making hybrids.

I've had the Beautiful Town ordinance in effect now for about a week. I just wanted to know if making more projects or planting more trees could make me lose the balance needed for perfect town?

If anything, the new trees and flowers will help boost your Perfect Town status. I'm not to sure about the public works projects, but they're actually part of getting a perfect town, so I'd say adding a few more won't hurt either. :)

Ok, thank you! I knew that there had to be a balance between nature and building stuff, and I didn't want to do anything to mess that up lol

Yeah, you definitely don't have to worry about trees or flowers. But I'd say, when placing new public works projects, don't do it where there's too many trees and flowers, otherwise re-plant them somewhere else.

I got mine to be perfect for 15 days^^

What I did after finding out I had a perfect town:
I only watered dying flowers (or you can put beautiful ordinance on)
Made sure no one moved out for 15 days
Did not build any PWP
Did not plant trees, flowers. bushes, or bamboo

Since it was perfect, I just kept it the same for 15 days (I'm sure you can plant more things if you want but be careful not to over crowd an area)

I have had a perfect town for about 20 days now and I have only spawned two Jacob's ladders, so they are quite rare. I wouldn't build any new pwps or have any villager move out until you get the golden watering can, because you need to have perfect town status for fifteen consecutive days to receive it.

I was really excited to have a perfect town, but now everyone is asleep and all the shops close early and I'm tired of it...
I got the golden watering can and now I feel pretty bored...

The Beautiful Ordinance gets pretty boring.
