fire emblem awakening or mk8/smash dlc?

which one should i get first? how long does fire emblem awakening last?

Personally, I'd go for Fire Emblem! One of my fav games, and one of the games I most enjoyed playing. It has great gameplay, amazing cast of characters, the storyline is good too! (plus soundtrack is glorious hahah)

I don't really know how long it lasts, but I finished it in a week (EXP and support grinding included) But even now, I still play it occasionally to support-grind hahah I really recommend it

Fire Emblem. It lasts well over 200 hours and I'd be amazed if you got 50 hours out of MK8's DLC.

Fire Emblem Awakening!

I'm clearly biased, hahahahueh.

Something about Fire Emblem: Awakening just brings out a lot of passion in me. So many characters, so many things that happen. Aaah~

If you're going to get both and just want to know which to get first, then I would say the DLC. It won't last very long and you can have your fun with it. And then I would say get FE:A so you can spend time on it now that the DLC is out of the way. I clocked in 214 hours with only one save slot, including grinding. It depends if you grind or not, but it lasts you a while. It's a truly great game with very memorable characters. It's one of my favorites.
