so I started a thread a while ago about how I was too paranoid to do visits with people I don't know, but I was able to get motivated enough by the promise of Kabuki to finally do a deal with someone!! hahah I feel so accomplished and I'm so psyched I'm finally getting Kabuki ;u;

I hope one day i can accomplished my fear of opening my main gates open the hole day .So any one can come to luna town and i don't need to baby sit them,Iv left my gate open before and when i came back my town was destroyed and people stole stuff .Am slowly trying to let more people come by in my town

I also like to at least send a few messages back and forth first, but sometimes you have to take the plunge. I got trashed more than once with people I don't know in WW.
But thanks to this website and the rating system, I am a lot more confident in meeting with people.

Congrats on your first visit and getting a cool villager.
The first time I visited someone town I was afraid to move from the train station. The host was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. So happy I did it.

that's terrible!! I'm sorry that happened to you! tbh I don't know why some people trash other towns. It's just so mean and I'd never be able to do that lol I'd feel so guilty

In all honesty for ages I was terrified of letting people take Villagers from my town for I had a bad experience a few years ago,
but now, with cycling and gifting villagers away, I've managed to overcome it and actually quite enjoy it! ;u;

LOL honestly, I don't blame you for being paranoid one bit, especially after I invited some 'friends' I met on Club Tortimer to my town and they stole from me. Most of the people on TBT are friendly, and if anything would ask to buy stuff from you instead of steal it from you.

I feel like trusting people over the internet can get a little sketchy because people can be different than in real life, but I feel like people on here are better to trust than those on Club Tortimer. Those people you meet on there are most likely going to be trolls and end up ruining your town so I don't even bother with them. I just go for the swimsuits and beetle hunting when it's afternoon time in my area lol.
