wow I LOVE IT!!! As an avid fan of winter and Christmas, I think you did an amazing job
as sharksheep said, I do think more cedar trees would enhance the place! Since cedar tress look like your standard Christmas trees, it would give more of the holiday vibes
you could also add more items or custom tiles to the mall santa stage, it personally looks a little empty with the space in the middle. (edit: some have said to sprinke some snowflakes around, and I totally agree! it'll also make your tiles look a little more busy but not too busy ❤)
The ice cream parlor could also maybe use some simple fencing? white fence would look super good but acnh has yet to have a pretty white fence ; v;
Of course that's just me, and if you're happy with what you've done, that's what's important! ❤

I was think of wrapped present in mall Santa area and I'll play around with the fence.. ty

aww I love the lights and the whole village area
If i had to suggest anything, i'd probably say to put more stuff (not to massive as to draw heaps of attention to it) behind the ice cafe area, maybe more trees, simple lights or the ice columns? and maybe some simple lights or lampposts along the street with the shops, where the cool reindeer setup is?

This is adorable! I'm very impressed. If I may suggest, you can set the season to winter so your island will have that holiday feel.
I agree with others, you can put cedar trees and put some blue roses in between them (at the back of the bear sculpture). You can rearrange your flowers and put some blue roses and orange tulips alternately at the back of your santa stage area. Then a combination of blue hyacinth and lily of the valley in front. Also, gold roses and white tulips in front of your toy workshop.

That could work too knowing that they are the color of christmas. However, I'm thinking of something different that would match your surroundings to make the area shine more. You may or may not take my suggestion
