My current team is:
Swampert
Mightyena
Metagross (distributed one)
Hariyama
Linoone
Castform

I want to replace Linoone, as it is just my HM Slave.
I'm trying to decide between Ludicolo and Tropius.
Which do you guys recommend?

I'd go Tropius since you already have some water power with Swampert.
Ludicolo is grass to yeah, but so is Tropius and he is also flying.
That duel type can be helpful
