Final Fantasy XV (15)

Ok, so this game will drop in just a few days. I've watched some videos of it and it looks good. I especially like the huge world. Combat looks interresting as well. The characters are a big MEH as always with later releases from this franchise.
At first I thought this game would suck because it looked nothing like a classic Final Fantasy, but now I think these changes might work.

Are you guys hyped for this game? I don't have any of the platforms (PS4, XB1 and PC) to play this game so I won't be getting it right now but I might get it later.

I've saved my Best Buy gift card for an entire year just to get a PS4 for this (well not just FFXV, but still hyped). I also like the new combat system. It reminds me of FFVII Crisis Core.

It looks alright. Graphically it's fantastic and from what I played of the demo the combat seems fun. The open world looks great too, especially with some of the huge enemies they've shown.

The main characters look a little bland though...I mean, I hate XIII, but at least Lightning visually looked kinda cool and I recognize her design pretty easily. The only character I've seen from XV that stood out visually so far though was some mechanic woman that seems to be a minor character, probably because she at least had some colors other than black...
I would probably go as far as to say that the main characters are the least visually interesting group from the entire series.


I'm waiting though. They kind of burned my trust with the XIII series, which also marketed the game (well, first one at least) to look 1,000x better than it actually was. I would rather wait to see what others think of it first since I've not exactly been impressed with the series for about a decade.

I am still undecided on the game. I wish it was Persona 5 that come out soon instead. I been fool by a lot of recent titles like Phantom Pain so I reserve judgement.
