So I went to this christmas dinner thing and my Grandad gave me 50 Dollars then that same night my mom took me to Wal-Mart knowing I was already getting Sonic Unleashed, City Folk, and Kirby SS ultra I wanted to get the fourth Game on my wish list that I wasn't getting for Christmas so I bought Final Fantasy 4 for my DS and it's just wow, Amazing graphics for the DS, amazing story line considering its a remake of a NES game, and not only that it has Voice Acting but alot of the voices sound oddly like alot of Voices in different Anime. There are some frustrating parts (Screw you Golbez), Right now i'm stuck at some mad scientist who turns into a monster that reverses the effects of Potions and Attacks :S.

Pah, I was going to get it but saved some money and got FFiiX instead. And I don't. know. why.
I haven't played any of the newer Final Fantasies only the NES ones and the two DS remakes and If the newer ones are different from those then I don't want to play them :S I'm hoping Square Enix will make DS remakes of FF 1, 2, 5, and 6.

The new ones are better, in my opinion.
It's just that FF12 has a fail for a battle system.

My friend's lending my FFX and ToTA, so that should keep me rpgsated for awhile.

I despise the Active Time Battle system - or whatever that's called - so I'm sticking to my FFIII. Amazing production values on IV, though, it's well-worth the Squenix tax.

I don't like the active time battle system but you get used to it quickly and it doesn't become as annoying I personally think Final Fantasy III is harder I got stuck in there alot more times for longer periods of times then I have in Final Fantasy IV.

Is that what it's called?
I call it boring.

My people fight by themselves. I don't have to do anything.

I'm stuck on the final dungeon... I need to grind.
Ever played the RPG Maker series? I had the second one which was basically making a Final Fantasy game but Square Enix sued them so they made it stupid in the third, makes me wish Square Enix would make a Final Fantasy game where you make the game, I love that idea and they are the masters of RPG so it would be a epic game where you make a game.

i borrowed this game from my closeby friend. my friend gave me details of this game so here's what will happen in the DS version

1. all the battles will be a lot harder

2. the mobs will use magic on you even on higher black magic tier such as firaga, blizzaga, and thundaga

and 3. the mobs will hit harder if you're really underleveled

so... I have FF3, and I love it. I really like how you can choose the jobs of each character.

Is there anything like this in FF4? Or are all the characters in a perminent class?
