Filmora issue

I don't want to make an account on their forums for this, but I need help. I'm making an ACNL video from my camera and putting it onto Filmora's editor to put it together, and when the video on the editor plays, it stutters, which I didn't question the first time, but when the video was finished, the finished product would play for a minute or two, then freeze on a single frame with no sound at all, and it would play like that for a while until the video went onto another random frame. This went on for the entire >2 hours. I tried uninstalling the program and re-installing it, but it didn't work. How do I fix this? Should I try this on another computer? What should I do?

I'm not familiar with Filmora as I've learned how to use Adobe Premiere for video editing purposes, but have you contacted anyone from the website's support team? Sorry that the editing is causing strife. It could be a camera issue or the editor itself, or possibly how the video is being transferred to the program and the program rendering the video that way.
