Smash Bros Fighter Ballot

People really should try not to get their hopes up for Waluigi. He's an assist trophy in this game. If he has any chance of appearing as a playable character in a Smash Bros. game, it's very low and in the next installment. I was talking with a friend earlier about Waluigi and he really needs work to be a fighter. Unless he just throws dice and pinballs at you and whack you with sports equipment, he doesn't have much going for him. He needs to appear in some games that aren't party games or sports games. Why not throw him in a game alongside Wario? Replace the blue and yellow Toads in the next Super Mario Bros. and have Wario and Waluigi playable. Or make some non-WarioWare Wario games, like the Gamecube game, and add Waluigi into that.

Anyway, I voted for Shantae. She's not going to get in because few players today know who she is and the votes won't be there for her to be eligible. She did have some support, but it is undoubtedly nothing compared to what K. Rool and Shovel Knight got. Nonetheless, her series of games has appeared on Nintendo consoles since the Game Boy. She has a lot going for her in terms of fighting ability. She can whip her hair and can transform into animal forms, which can be translated to special attacks. She also does dances to transform, which can be her taunts.

It was either vote for her or Hector from Fire Emblem so we could get a representative from the series that uses an axe instead of a sword or magic. I knew Hector had even less of a chance, so Shantae got my vote.

INKLINGS! INKLINGS! INKLINGS!!!

I want them so bad. I've even come up with possible Final Smashes, Taunts, and Victory poses:

Final Smash 1: Inkstrike. The player would have five seconds to choose an area on the map from the Gamepad where the Inkstrike will land. Anyone caught in it will be insta-KO.

2: Kraken. Similar to Pikachu and Sonic's Final Smash, you turn into a Kraken and can swim around the map. You can also swim in the air. Instead of jumping and Insta KO-ing people, you do the Kraken spin automatically and deal about 30-49 damage. It ends after about 15-20 seconds.

3: E-Liter. Similar to Light Arrow, press B at the right time to shoot a powerful shot of ink out of your E-Liter. Any enemies it hits get Insta-KO'd.

Up taunt: Do the animation your character does in Splatoon while saying "C'mon!" Or "Booyah!"
Side taunt: Rapidly turn in and out of squid form.
Down taunt: Do the "Stay Fresh" pose.

Victory pose 1: Hold a Zapfish like when you complete a single player mission.
Victory pose 2: Spin the Slosher on your finger like the victory pose when using a Slosher.
Victory pose 3: Holding an E-Liter or some sort of charger weapon, back is facing player at the beginning, but as the camera zooms in you turn around and point the charger twords the player as the camera freezes for a second. Afterwards you look around holding the charger up until the player is ready for the next battle.

i don't want inklings to be in the game. i feel like inkling is the only thing that has a "big" name around it so far, and they need to keep those big names for the next smash game or else we're going to get 320423 characters no one cares about. inkling would be a good newcomer to hype up the next game, and i think it's a waste to hype it up as DLC for smash 4 instead

Well, I voted for Isaac (The one from Golden Sun) myself.

He just seems like he would have a fun moveset, and his game sold over a million copies.

And I like the way he looks better than the alternatives.

Datamining a few weeks ago shown there was like 3 more character slots left in the game's code so possibly up to 3 winners from the ballot.

and Ridley is like already in the game and Sakurai doesn't want to add him in

I don't really want Inklings to be in smash 4, I would much rather want them to be in the next smash game to be like the one character that everyone looks forward to.
