How do I make money in Final Fantasy XIII? I just cleared the first boss in the Gapra Whitewood, and I haven't seen a single enemy drop Gil. I had been selling components, until the game introduced weapon upgrades.

Help? I'm all out of Phoenix Down. :'(

I'm not sure. I've beat the game, and I made it through just by selling old junk I don't need. It's kind of weird, some Final Fantasy games seem to have so much gil, but other seem to have a lack of it. Oh well, I still enjoyed the game greatly.

The easiest way is by selling credit and incentive chips. They get dropped by most soldiers/PSICOM units and are worth a lot of gil.

But seriously, who said it was a good idea to make it almost impossible to earn cash? I wonder why this wasn't in any of the reviews I read.
