So, today (February 27th, 2017) is Festivale. I have never attended Festivale before. When I loaded up my game, most of the villagers were wearing hats and dancing while whistling. I tried to talk to them, but they just greeted me and that was it. Today was also Rosie's birthday, so I gave her a card bed (which is one of her ideal gifts) and she was really happy that I gave her one (if anything, I felt that her birthday is more important than Festivale itself). Eventually, I found Pav? doing a weird dance at the town plaza. Now, what are the odds of this happening: he told me to go get a white feather yet there was one right behind him! Only problem is that I didn't have my net on me as it was in my secret storage and if I went to get it, the feather would've disappeared. Because I have quite a busy day today and am very lazy, I didn't decide to catch all of the feathers he needed. From all the hate that this event gets, I'm quite surprised. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Sure, it's yet another collectathon, but it's no-where as bad as New Leaf's version of Harvest Festival (and the music of that event was stuck in my head for a while for some odd reason, and it's playing right now. Agghh!!). I just hope the villagers change back into their previous clothes tomorrow. I also really liked the confetti and I wish there was a way to keep it outside of dream towns.
