Buying Fertilizer!

Since Gracie refuses to come to my town so I can get the T&T Emporium upgrade, I need fertilizer and lots of it.
I'm willing to pay anywhere from 10k and up for one bag.
Also please try to sell in bulk? I don't really want to buy just one at a time.
