So before, I had thought that Feng Shui only affected HHA points. But, after coming across this guide on game8, it seems that maybe luck does have a part to play in NH? Is this true? I've never really paid attention to the HHA aspect of AC. I know that your home is rated and you receive points. But, what do you do with those points?

If you reach certain points, you get rewards such as plaques and trophies which you can display in your house.
I don't really pay much attention to feng shui. I just decorate my rooms with coordinated colors and matching furniture and manage to get high points. Too much clutter (dropped items) will affect your points though. So people that use their rooms as DIY storage usually score low.
