Felicity is tier 3, so why on earth has somebody offered 200 tbt for her? You do realise that's equivalent to around 18-20 MILLION bells in-game, right? Tier 3s usually go for 1-3 million.

Tbh I still go by the rate of 1-3 million per 100 TBT, so please chill. If they want to offer more than "normal" thats fine but people offer what they are compelled to.
