Felicity has just announced she's leaving, I don't have a clue how original she is, she's hasn't put her stuff up for sale, I haven't done her favours and I only have umbrellas in my custom design slots, but she could still have changed stuff. She's tier 2 at the moment. Will trade for TBT, IGB, azalea bush starts or other villagers (Whitney, Marina, Fauna, Chief, Nan).
I can TT her out, or she'll be ready on the 19th.

Hmmm, I did expect a tier 2 to bring in a few more bells but I'll give it another hour and if there's no better offer then she's all yours Rook. I sound like I'm being awfully heartless, I want her to go to a good home, but I'm starting a new town tomorrow so I'm really hoping to save all the bells I can to trade for new villagers.
