Well obviously all the villagers have different personalities, so what are yours?
One for the male villagers and one for the female villagers.

Lazy
Smug
Cranky
Female- Normal
Peppy
Snooty
Uchi
My favourites- The smug villagers are my male favourites because they're just so kind and probably the weirdest. My favourite smug villager is Julian the UNICORN!!
The snooty villagers are my favourite female villagers because once you become best friends with them they're actually so nice and they're so sophisticated. My favourite snooty villager is Whitney/Ankha, I can't decide!
My favorite female personality is uchi, with my fav uchi being Katt.
For males, it's the smugs. I like being called "as cool as a fair number of cucumbers". My fav smugs are Phil and Ed.
My fav villager in general is Sally even though she isn't an uchi ^^'
Ah my favourites are smugs or lazy villagers, such a hard choice...smugs probably just edge it slightly. They're so awkward it's funny.
And they seem really unsure of themselves which I find endearing
For females I love normals (doesn't everybody really). They're about the only female personality I really took to. I have one snooty in my town and 3 normals. Peppy and uchi villagers just don't work for me. Normals are just very lovely and sweet, don't find anything about them annoying
Maybe cranky and lazy. Although it's my favorite, I'm still a bit disappointed by how toned down the cranky personality is in New Leaf. But at least it didn't loose all its charm!
As for female personalities, I like uchi best. I'm glad it was introduced to the game!
