Thirding the sheep cuties! They got a glow up in NH with how their wool looks and their faces but ditched the cute scarves they used to wear. I still love them! I mean LOOK at this adorable fluff!View attachment 271260

Yeah, same , they're the best. I have and adore Vesta. And I would like Baabara a lot, but I'm fine with them all, except Timbra

SHEEP! I have really fallen for the sheep because of their NH upgrade. They’re so cute with shirts/sweaters. My favorite sheep and favorite villager is Eunice. Her existence gives me serotonin. When she walks in my general vicinity it just brings a smile to my face. I’m not sure what it is, but I think she’s adorable.

I also like the dogs and the penguins. I have Biskit and Sprinkle on my island and they’re both super cool.

Same for me with Vesta. I would love Eunice too, but she is a normal villager and I have too many normals

Aww haha I think Timbra is wonderful! Shes much sweeter in NH than ever before. She could be such a little brat in NL.

Rabbits, unquestionably. They're my favourite animals, and my favourite villager was Bunnie since Wild World (even before I started being so passionate about bunnies). I'm also really fond of the squirrels, who were my original favourite species. I never had a squirrel back in the GC/WW days, so I'd come onto random AC sites and look at Peanut and Agent S and, well, daydream!

I feel like everything looks way better as a bunny or squirrel... And I have to say the way the bunny ears are animated in NH is very fetching!

Also really like the frogs, cats, sheep, elephants, ostriches, penguins, and mice, but I have an undisputed favourite in this category, at least

I was creating a list of what villagers I want just yesterday.
from that experience I learned that I really like wolves, with cubs being a close second

I really don't like species that have awkward bodyshapes. like hamsters and sheep -_-

I prefer lop eared bunnies, and I think the AC bunnies lack a lot of things that make bunnies so visually cute (like the roundness, and the softness of the face), and of course, not being flesh, they don't have their other attributes, so I can totally see this!

Ruby is real cute, and the first rabbit I ever had in Animal Crossing (along with Pippy). Her concept is amazing too.

Wolves are my top favorite for sure. Compared to other species the wolves I like less than the rest aren't even bad at all. The ostriches also deserve more love. As do horses. There are some horse villagers I don't much care for, but there are some really great ones (Cleo, Annalise, Reneigh, Colton, Julian, Winnie, etc.).

Exacly. The body of bunnies when they're resting is kinda like an eggshaped ball of fur, also their heads are really cute. They lack that in game, imo

I love the eagles and ostriches But I also love having variety but if I didn't my island would just be full of them!

I really like the eagle villagers in this game. In my opinion, they're one of the few large animal species that still look great design-wise. Or maybe eagles are my favourite animals in general and I'm just biased towards them lol.

Deer. I was going to say hamsters, but I only like a few of the hamsters; whilst I like almost all, if not all of the deer

I love all the rabbits, and the frogs are shaped like friends.. the bear cubs are suuuuper cute shaped tooooo... agh, I love the squirrel model as well!!

Love all the deer and squirrels. I like the dog models too, more than the cats!

There's at least one villager I really like in each species.

Edit: And the bunnies are great, too! Hard to choose...
