probably Xbox Kinect sports & Kinect adventures (even tho I hate Xbox but still really good games)
I'm not a big fan of sports lmfao so I don't have much games that i like in that genre
If you count Mario Kart series as racing/sports those I guess. Also Midtown Madness but yeah those are more crash into stuff than serious I guess lol. Wii Sports was alright and fun for sports but yeah Tennis part... umm.
Generally not a fan of the genre at all except silly racing stuff so yeah.
My favorite are the NHL games. I’m a huge hockey fan. I also play the college football games. Unfortunately, those were discontinued because of some lawsuit. Hopefully the college football franchise will be brought back sometime in the near future. I feel like those games could bring in a ton of money. There is a lot of demand for the NCAA Football games to return! I would totally purchase the next one on release day. I can dream.
I also will occasionally play the Madden franchise. I prefer college football, though. You can probably see I am a huge sports fan!
If Mario Kart counts then Mario Kart. Back then I also liked to play Mario Smash
Football on the GameCube. Oh and Wii Sports, which was kinda a fun game, lol.
Yeah, that's pretty much it, other then that, I'm not really a big fan of sport
games to be honest...
Only racing games, usually Mario Kart.
I'm not too big on sport games because they just feel unrewarding to me and aren't usually visually pleasing. Mario Kart is typically the opposite of that, which is nice.
The only sports games I usually play are the Mario sports games, my favorite among them being the Mario Tennis series. It's also the first Mario sports series that I played, as I played the original game on the Nintendo 64 as a kid. I don't really like all the special shots and changes they've appeared to make over the years with each new installment, I'd prefer to just have straight-up tennis, but yeah.
I don't really consider Mario Kart as a sports series, but that would be one of my favorites as well if it were counted.
Mario Strikers, the soccer game series, is pretty fun as well but the challenge to unlock everyone is kind of annoying. I'd probably prefer the original Super Mario Strikers for the GameCube since I prefer the GameCube controller, but I bought Mario Strikers Charged since it had more characters to use.
I had Mario Golf: World Tour for a while but found out I was godawful at it and sold it to get a different game instead.
I've never tried Mario Superstar Baseball or Mario Super Sluggers, but I might want to give either of them a try sometime.
There appear to be other sports in other Mario games like Mario Sports mix and stuff like those Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games games, but I've never tried those either.

Aside from Mario, I enjoyed Wii Sports for its time, though it kind of lost its luster as soon as I realized that all I needed to do was flick my wrist rather than actually go through the full motions.
NBA Jam is pretty fun, but considering you don't actually control full teams it might be a bit weird to include it. Good memories playing that over the years with friends and family on the Genesis.
I also enjoyed the tennis and golf mini-games in Grand Theft Auto V.
I haven't played any of the EA Sports games for years, the last one I touched being Madde NFL 2008 for the Xbox 360. I might like to try some of the more recent installments of those series sometime, particularly the basketball games since a friend of mine seems to really enjoy those. The reason I haven't touched any of these in a long while is because I've kind of slid into being a primarily Nintendo player over the course of the past decade, especially their handhelds, so the cheaper price point of Nintendo games made me less inclined to buy $60 games for the 360. Additionally, my current laptop is old and can't handle graphically intensive games, and I never upgraded to the Playsation 4 or Xbox One (instead opting for the Wii U), so yeah, modern sports games have been an afterthought.
That's about all I can think of at the moment. Overall, I enjoy sports games.
How do i explain this. Sure mario kart is fun.
Question: Sport anime-> 3ds game based of Sport anime. Does that count? Probs not XD. Most of them are in japanese XD.
I'm big into NBA games, or at least I used to. Nowadays they are a bit to micro-transactiony for my tastes. Other than that, I absolutely love racing games. The Burnout series is one of my favorite set of games of all time. Mario Kart and Crash Team Racing are a blast as well.
