What is your favorite NPC and why? Just like my avatar, I love Rover. I think he's the cutest thing! I wish he didn't just appear when you made a new character. D:
2nd would be... Redd. He's so weird and shady xD

Redd :3 Mostly because he's a fox and the game desperately needs foxes. I also love Brewster because he provides me with coffee and that's such a real life necessity that I love him by default
