Nope, there was Two Doctor who animated episodes, Dreamland (Computer graphics which looked bad, but the story was good.) and The Infinite Quest (The first of the two, mad in anime style, which looked miles better than dreamland and it's story was brilliant.)
There are also the comic strip series in The Doctor Who Magazine.
