Favorites villagers, yet unpopular

Jambette, Diva, and Hazel! I searched for Jambette for nearly 2 months (same with Hazel,) before I finally was able to adopt them! I think Diva took a good while to find as well, but not as long as 2 months.

My favorite villager is Ankha, but my fav underrated villager is Hazel. In 2013 when she moved to my town I fell in love with her.

Although alot of my favorites are popular, some of my faves are un-popular!

Agnes, Bertha, Dora, Eunice, Vesta, Mathilda, Cleo (not sure what tier she would be or will be)...

Kiki and Ribbot are my two all time favorites and both are middling in popularity! They've been my favorites since ACGC!

I also love Blanche and I am seriously considering evicting Phoebe, Flora, or Diana to get her back in my town.

Going to have predictable here and say Purrl.
IMO she is the best snooty cat, and she has never been mean to me even back when snooties where mean in the older AC games. I also have a lot more unpopular villagers I like too, for example: Chadder, Mitzi, Hugh, and Mint.
There are just too many to list, I know there are more. I just can't think of the right now.
