Favorite types of fencing?

Sooo i'm currently decorating my island and I realized that most of my fences are corral fencing.... I definitely think its my favorite because it goes well with a lot of structures/areas but I do think having a variety of fencing would make everything more interesting...
What are your favorite types of fences?

I like the brick, stone and simple wooden fence (wish they'd release it in white). Like you said go with something that complements the area, or structure.

I always alternate between two different types of fence when fencing in an area, mostly one that complements the ground pattern laid out in that area + hedges. I just think one and the same fence structure for like 30 tiles looks butt ugly lol

To pick a singular one though, it's going to have to be the hedges. They fit in pretty much any setting. If only they didn't have that ugly gray border showing at the bottom...

The hedge is a good general purpose fencing, and I like to use it on the beach as well. However, I tend to conflict between using it and bushes on mainland - and I love many of the bushes, too.

Because of that, I have another fence I like to use: The glorious and glamorous wedding fencing! It makes many areas look quite fancy, and it blends in with the bushes I use as well.

Probably the iron and stone fence because it looks evil and daunting. Next is the bamboo lattice fence to lure the tourists in.

I like most of them. Although... Brick, Stone, Country, Hedge and Simple are my favourites. The only ones I don't really like are the Easter and Bamboo lattice ones. Spiky fence is sort iffy.

I really only ever want the Iron and Stone fencing around anything on my island. It's cold and spooky and the fencing of my dreams.

I love the hedge, country, corral, iron+stone and ESPECIALLY the spiky fences! Admittedly the spiky fences I used the most for my “deer pen” because I wanted a kinda dangerous looking fence that matches the log stakes (what I used to plug those darned diagonal spaces)

I am a big fan of hedges! They are useful for everything such as fencing a garden or just creating a partition for your villager homes.

I love the simple wooden fence (waiting for that white one tho), corral fence, and the bamboo lattice fence! I also like the hedges, but mostly for small house layouts and I’ve been using bushes more instead of hedges for decoration

I also like using the log stakes (customized white) as beach decorations

It depends on the theme/aesthetic you’re going for. I mainly use the country fencing and hedges because I’m going for an English village/countryside feel.

i don’t really like the fences all that much since none of the current designs really appeal to me but i guess i like the country and lattice fences the most and will likely be using the country fence to separate my villagers houses from each other aha.

i’d love for the white version of the simple wooden fencing to be added, though - it was teased a few times but isn’t currently in the game which is sad since it’s really cute ;v;

I try to use most of them but the hedges and iron & stone are definitely the most frequently used on my island. I also use a lot of lattice fencing for accenting the beach areas.

Been playing this game since it came out and I somehow only just discovered the corral fencing. It was able to replace a lot of stone fencing that was really bringing down my island entrance.

I really like how the zen fence looks and the iron-stone fence looks, though I have not used either of them yet. I haven’t used fences much tbh, but the ones that I’ve used are the hedge and stone fence. I’m using the simple wooden fence temporarily for a catalogue event I’m working on.

I use the stone fence alot since it matches my bridges and inclines. Lately though, I've been liking the look of the country fence!

I was waiting for someone to mention the zen fence! It looks just like a wall, so it is a natural touch if you want to develop your island to be more urban or even town-like.

throughout my island I have most of the fences because they fit in well in different areas, but my favourites are probably the hedge and the country fence!
