Ohohoho, I like a lot of them, including Marshal, Merengue, Ankha, Stitches, and Fauna, Rosie, and Phobe, but I would say my favorite would be Zucker.

The things he says sometimes are either super funny or super cute ;v;
For ex - I got a letter from him once saying that he liked the bday gift I gave him, and he said he must have stepped on a four leaf clover to have met a friend like me (or something similar to that xD) That was like the cutest thing ever! ;w;

Marshal. He's a very nice and cool squirrel to have around.

I think I'd choose Fauna, although there is an awful lot of sweet normal villagers.
Maybe I should simply close my eyes and point my finger at the screen. xD

Erik is definitely my favourite Tier One villager.. I love him to bits.. He was the first lazy I noticed in New Leaf who I said I had to have.. Regardless of what anyone else says, he looks like a reindeer to me, and he's just too cute <3
Fauna's a close second, she's my second favourite Normal and epitomises that personality.. She is the cutest thing and I may be having both Erik and Fauna in my town <3
Straying away from deer though, Stitches and Tia are pretty amazing <3

My No. 1 is Julian.
He is fabulous. He is a vision. He is unique.
My second (and this is a good way of citing one male and one female for tops in both genders in Tier One) is Tia.
Tia is such a precious, innocent creation. In fact, I have her in my second town of Progress and am going to go to work on switching her and Broffina (a "Bottom of the Barrel" I personally dig); because Broffina needs to be around a Cranky (Progress' Apollo is now lacking a Snooty), and Tia needs to be in Applewin (to give "Bottom of the Barrel" Jambette a Normal friend) where the town is now essentially complete (thus, not needing all Villiager Personalities).
To recap: Julian, for being unique; Tia, for being precious.
