Favorite personality?

I think it would be a tie between normal and peppy for me. I just love Mitzi, as she was one of the very first villagers I ever met when I first started playing Animal Crossing awhile back. Apple would be a second favorite and my mom really loves Apple too. I've always wanted her in my town, but never got the chance too, but maybe someday I will. I do have Mitzi's Amiibo card, so I can move her in anytime and I won't lose her at all. Not really a big fan of the jock villagers. Something about them is just too weird for me, but I'm not really sure what it is and why.
Yeah, see I only like them because most of the cute ones are normal but the lack the most in personality and are as bland as a bowl of porridge. I suppose that's what makes them normal though! Not too much of anything. Just.. Bleh.

I completely agree! I?ve only had one normal villager in my town (Flurry) but I love how cute and sweet they are to the player! So for females I would have to say that normal villagers are my favorite. I?m going to fo ahead and rank them:

I have to just note that I think your username is freaking adorable.
Also, it's a shame that crankies don't get more love, but I also get it. They're *cranky* and you have to really find that funny to enjoy them or else theres literally no appeal. I love that you made a list on ranking! I usually pick my villagers based on cuteness and design over personality but I have to say I don't care much for the Uchis or Snooties personality-wise. Normals are at the bottom for my list personality wise simply because they're too plain. But I also think so many of my favorites happen to be normals too so it's a struggle haha.

I'm not sure I have many smug favorites other than Julian but if they ever made more super cute ones like him or Marshal, I'd flood my town with all of them! Love that they're not really "smug" but confident and flashy. At least to me!

I love normals. I love the fact they are so nice, caring, they talk about baking sweets and if you feel sad they offer you to take little funny tests xD In second place lazies! They make me smile!
Some of My favorites are Kiki and Sylvana for normals, and Bones and Bizkit for lazy!
I also love Hamphrey, the cranky black hamster! He’s so funny, I never get sick of talking to him!
As a 4th place I say snooty. I have Soleil, she’s kinda underrated I never hear anyone talking about her, she deserves some love. She is 100% adorable hamster! With her big green eyes and blonde hair.
Peppy are ok! I like Anabelle! She gifted me a lot of items and she’s always happy.
At the moment I don’t have any uchi in my town. But in the past I enjoyed the company of Muffy and Frita! Cool sheeps!
Jocks: they are ok. I like Hamlet and Goose, the last is the one I have in my village now

How can you pick just one favourite personality! They are all so quirky and cute. I would say that the normal personality is my least favourite followed by jocks. However, then it comes to the uchis, smugs and lazy ones and that is where I find it really had to choose! There are just so many gorgeous villagers in all categories so I generally go by design and not personality (although I do like variety) as others I would be wanting all of the villagers.

Lazy and Normal! I like them because they?re kimda a mix between my personality traits, I have some of the traditionalist traits of the normal villagers, I scroll for hours on cottagecore tags on tumblr, and I generally hope to become more sweet and kind like them. But I?m probably more like lazy villagers lol. I?m in my bed for probably more than 20+ hours a day, I like food and I?m a major procrastinator. I should probably be less like a lazy villager... lol. I also like how they?re pretty generalized so if you have more than 1 of them then they still feel like they?re a different person then your other villager of that personality. My least favorites are jocks and kinda smugs. Jocks are generally pretty annoying and plain IMO. Like they don?t feel human (they?re robot animal so don?t know why I said that) and they get on my nerves when they pretend they?re my friend. And if you have more than 1 of them it?s obvious they?re not organic and it kinda ruins the immersion. I wish they were more like uchis where they?re kinda sporty but still they have other interests, but these jocks only talk about bodybuilding and fitness! Like... get another hobby dude. Also stop calling me ladybro. Smugs remind me of creepy 30 year old weaboo Twitter furries. And I hear they flirt with you which adds a layer of creepy. They remind me of that one guy (you know who he is...). (I also noticed that this was wayyyyy too long, I get distracted whenever i write on a tangent, so sorry for wasting your time kinda! <(_ _)> )
Not at all! I like reading everyone's replies and I make sure to read it all! And i agree with the ladybro thing. I don't think and girl acnl players actually enjoy being called a ladybro. Ugh.
But I don't hate them. Everyone has a hobby, they're just the most passionate and I respect that! Tbh I wish i had the dedication to excercise irl. They almost make me kinda want to myself, but I have no tolerance for pain and hate being achey lol.
And yes smug so flirt occasionally.
My Julian is always telling me how good I look. And I guess the weeaboo thing might be slightly true since a few times, he's mentioned his love for anime. Hahaha.

My favorite personality would probably be either lazy or normal. They're just so nice and easy to get along with. I find lazy villagers in particular to be quite relatable. Normal villagers are so sweet and everything too.
I don't think anyone hates Lazies! They're amazing and who doesn't love sleep and food?!
Really? My uchis moved out a lot in the past when I used to play. I do agree, they are OK in some ways, but in others, not so much. :/
I think its because sometimes they just change their minds on moving. If I have to talk to them, I just save and continue, to avoid them talking about moving.
Ah, right. I forgot about the changing the mind part. Don't know why mine never did that much. Also, that's a good idea to save and continue.
