Pinky because she lived in my New Leaf town for years. So many of my other favorites were constantly leaving but Pinky was always there.

Honestly, I like Chow the best even though he kind of creeps me out a bit.
I ran into him on a mystery island and his expressions made me laugh a lot, so yeah he's my favorite due to his expressions!

I ultimately went with Chester. I had Pinky for a year or so in NL and liked her, but I really enjoy Chester's unquiet design.

I went Chester. I have Pinky in my current WW town but she just doesn't stand out to me. Chow is cool in a similar way to Rasher, but much creepier imo. Chester also looks most like a normal panda color-wise
