Probably the only Normal I'd ever accept in my town. She is the cutest thing ever, between fanart made of her where she's drawn so adorably, and her catchphrase, those, alone, stole my heart. She further cemented her status of "Best overall villager" by plotting next to my home when I got her, and kind of being there for me through many rough patches in my life. Include that she hosted my birthday party, last year, and the very next day, gave me her picture. Heck, when I got her in HHD, I actually decided to stick around with her, and chat it up. While it's typical Normal dialogue, it really felt like there was something special. It was that adorable. I will never let our bonbonding go to waste.
I'm also surprised at the lack of a "Villager Discussion: Lolly" thread.
