I voted 9AM, 10AM, and 12PM. 10AM is my favorite of the three though. It's so perky, and I usually play New Leaf for the first time at around that time since all of my villagers are up by 10 (I'm uchi-less. I know they wake up at 11).

5PM has been my favourite since day one. I just wish the music plays at 4PM instead, so I could save my dream town with it while the sky is still bright. I used to go to the island around 5PM to hunt for sharks, and being away from town at that time always bummed me out a little bit.
