I have Static and Marshal in the same New Leaf town but they rarely hang out together.In New Horizons,I see them together a lot.

Judy and Static. I feel the giant crush Judy has on Static. Static knows it too but he likes to just stay friends with her, they have great chemistry though despite the obvious crush Judy has.
I'm surprised if anyone has seen roald and Raymond besides me. These pairs can't be conincidental, can it? I mean I guess it could but I would assume the number of villagers and the likelihood of them being on the same island would make that rough.

I don’t have either villagers so I wouldn’t know how well they get along unfortunately.

On my island, Olaf and Felicity seem to be a thing. Kind of an odd pairing and not my first choice for shipping as I would have imagined Olaf to be matching with either Annalisa (but she seems to dislike him) or Chops (but they rarely hang out.) O well, it is what it is and I've grown to like it 
I don't know about the other villagers.. they talk a lot but not just with 1 other villager. They're not so picky

Buck and Stitches are always hanging out together. It gives Buck such a chill older brother-type vibe, haha. I always see Buck walking ahead with Stitches seemingly trailing along behind him; it's so cute! I also see Diana and Dom in that friend group. Diana is basically a cool aunt to both Buck and Stitches. And Buck is basically everyone's friend.
Goldie is also everyone's friend. I've seen her in basically every single birthday party on this island.
I also always see Wolfgang and Aurora in conversations, which I love because they're my two favorite villagers from my first town in Wild World, and I've promised to have them in every AC town going forward. Seeing them talk so much makes it feel like they really have been friends all these years. :'D

Diana and Bam. I see them hanging out all the time, and I can't get over how cute it is. (It seems like Bam has a little crush, lol) although, Diana seems to hang out with Kyle a good bit too.
Molly and Filbert hang out a good bit too, but aren't as friendly.

I've read that there's actually a formula determining if villagers get along or not! I think there's a chart that shows it, but I'm too lazy to look for it RN
And I'ma say Freya and Dobie. They chat a lot on my island and seem to get along well, and the other day they were chatting and Freya was all blushy and sweet and thanked him for the flowers and he's like "Well, you're always nice to me" and she's like "Yes, but yellow hyacinths? That means you want to be MORE than friends in the language of flowers..." and Dobie starts panicking and is like "IDK what the flowers told you but it DIDN'T come from me!" It was so cute

I don't really see a specific duo of villagers on my island. They pretty much either talk to everyone or keep to themselves. I think Billy and Clay are pretty good buds though - they've been neighbors since they moved to the island as starters, so they have a friendly neighbor relationship and they cook each other food and it's cute
I also have a headcanon on Espera where Billy has a crush on Marina but Marina friendzones him. They do talk a lot and deliver gifts to each other, so I like to keep tabs on them. I don't ship them - the age gap is tremendous - but it's funny to watch. It feels like the game truly wants me to see them that way.

okay so these arent on my island (i mean i wish they were) but my fave duo is deffs olivia and tiffany. they look the kinda friends that act all buddy-buddy to each other when theyre together but as soon as they turn around they do nothing but gossip about each other lol. love it

ON MY ISLAND my favorite duo is sherb and papi. ive probably caught them having convos with each other the most. lol theyre best buddies. i have a 'painting' i made by sherbs house of papi that says 'by sherb' and vice versa for papi's house. its one of the best things ive ever done honestly
