Favorite cranky villager?

Curious as to which cranky villagers you folks like. Currently I have Octavian and am thinking about replacing him with a different Cranky. been considering Static, Butch, and Gonzo.

dobie, walt, and cyrano are all great and cyrano especially is very underrated!

Static is cool. My fave atm is Walt. He was my 10th villager and I wasn't happy about it but now I love him. I don't know what it is about him but he's become one of my faves and I'm not letting him leave

While I'm not too keen on the crankies, I do have several favorites, such as: (In Alphabetical order

-Frank
-Murphy
-Static

And of course, Frett. Though his personality may change it's likely it could be Cranky still. And if it is Murphy is 100% moving out in place of Frett, I actually kind of want to bond with this yellow Pikachu-like Dog.

Yeah I'm really curious as to what the personalities are going to be for the new villagers. I'm not a huge cranky villager fan myself, but It's cool having one of all the different personalities, it's just time for Octavian to move on, I'm over him.

Design wise, my favorite cranky is Roscoe, but in New Horizons, his singing just makes me not like him as much. My next favorite cranky is either Gaston or Spike. Gaston was a favorite from New leaf and Spike was a villager that grew on me thanks to @Hobowire always having him in his avatar ☺. I also like Static a lot but I believe he has the singing hobby too :/; I hate crankies’ singing voice.

I really love Vic and Avery. Gonzo is on my list too because I find him so humorous as a crank.

I'm not a huge fan of most of the cranky villagers, the only ones I really like are Octavian and all of the wolves - Fang, Dobie and Wolfgang. I also kind of like Walt's design.

I actually quite like Octavian, I'm strongly considering him for my current island. My favourite is probably Groucho, though, he is very cute and underrated. I also like Rasher and Hopper and the wolves are very solid as well.

Thank you, that's very kind! I'm trying to play without time travelling though, so that would probably be difficult to arrange. Good luck finding a good replacement!

I like Butch and Chief. They are both are on my island.

Chief, Dobie, Fang, Lobo, Wolfgang, Del, Apollo, Bruce. Pretty much all the wolves, and a few spare faves.

But if I had to choose ONE, it'd be Wolfgang, with Del being a very close second.

Cranky is one of my least favorite personality type, though I like a lot of the designs, which are very varied and interesting.

I think kabuki is absolutely gorgeous, and his designs is, in my opinion, perfect.

Cyd has a great design with surprisingly pretty eyes.

Hamphrey is a cute angry look little hammie

Groucho is a very pretty color and a big cuddly bear.

but my favorite cranky of all is Ike! I didn’t mind his deep voice as much as usual, and he looked so cute and morose and for whatever reason I just clicked with him so well.

Kabuki and Fang are my favorite!

I love Kabuki's design and Fang is my favorite wolf.
