I just heard about Death Grips breaking up, I loved them.

I was pretty upset when Girls broke up a couple of years ago too.

The Canadian band Cauterize, and Los Angeles band Overnight Lows (not the group by the same name from Mississipi) are two of my favorite groups that are now disbanded.

and exo, well they aren't really breaking up, just one recently member left(3rd bias </3) well he hasn't officially left he filed a lawsuit to leave but their company SMent are a load of **** and literally make every kpop idol's lives hell behind the cameras, no matter how famous they are ((
and this is a really bad era/time for them bc baekhyun's going out with snsd's taeyeon and everyone's falling apart including me cryiNG bye

My Chemical Romance...
I was destroyed when I found out; pretty sure I ruined the date I was on with my boyfriend because I started crying in the car. And I'm one of those lame fans that is still hopeful they'll pull a FOB and come back. (And has their posters plastered all over their walls like a 13 year old girl.) But they're all super happy and busy now so that's enough for me.

My favorite band broke up in 1970 and since then two of the four have died. One by gun shots and the other by cancer.

My next favorite band broke up a few years back because the brothers that fronted the band couldn't stand each other. (lol Liam and Noel Gallagher)

My Chemical Romance's breakup really broke my heart. It was 3 years after I started listening to them so I felt like I missed out on a lot.

And also Panic! At The Disco. I know they didn't actually break up but after Jon and Ryan left, it just was not the same. And now that Spencer is gone trying to get clean, it's pretty much Brendon Urie! At The Disco. Dallon and that other guy aren't even in any of the videos (well, maybe a small cameo). I still like their music, but it's all rapidly changed after they left.

I also like a lot of bands that change lineups rather frequently, so 'breaking up' really isn't a thing. I'm just happy to have the Cure.

I'm so.. I'm so sorry for your loss, I truly am. That's horrifying..

There was this one time I heard my band was gonna break up and I was in terrible state for months, I didn't even wanna listen to any other bands, I didn't wanna know anymore bands. I felt betrayed idk... I get super emotional attached to my favorite bands and hearing about them breaking up breaks me too.. I was on hiatus with listening to bands for a while, I just listened to single artists because the fact that bands break up gave me trust issues and I felt like everyone would break up too and I didn't wanna be in the state I was in before. (Yeah I'm like mentally in relationship with all of them..) so yeah but I'm over it now. Bands break up the way people or friends do, and it sucks, but they're all still great.

Oh jeez, when my favorite band Go Radio broke up last year, I was a wreck. Like they've done so much for my life and it hurts when a band that has helped you with their music just end it. Luckily they're all doing their own things and still successful in their own thing, so I'm glad about that!
